Stress

Didn't go out much. So i'm more of a geek today.-actually always lahh. Read, read & read and smtg caught my eyes. 'Boy jumped over CCA'. Here's the e-news,

A 15-YEAR-OLD jumped from the 11th-floor bedroom window of his home - in front of his mother - after a disagreement with his parents over his intention to switch his co-curricular activity (CCA) in school.

Tan Wen Yi had wanted to switch from track-and-field to drama but his parents were against it.

Up till then, no one would have thought Wen Yi as a troubled or even self-destructive sort. The Secondary 3 student of Anglo-Chinese School (Independent) was described as cheerful and was well-liked by his classmates and respectful towards his teachers, the Coroner's Court heard yesterday.

A police investigation report presented in court said that on Feb 13 this year, Wen Yi skipped track-and-field training to play football. He was caught by his track teacher and questioned.

There's no need for me to post the full article. Was it his parent's fault? Or himself? I don't care. What i care is to tell you guys 'please don't do it'. Just because of small matters and u just wanna stop it like that. Some may recognise this phrase ' You have to think anyway, so why not think big'. Yeah think for ur future,family and the next generation. Just assure that it is positive.

So, i did a lil' research on how we can de-stress ourselve(s).

1)take a nap
2)Cool colours like blue or green.

No wonder there's many who loved win xp.. haha

3)Just think positively eg. 'i shouldn't be doing this'.
